 1. Active listening: Paying attention and showing interest in what others are saying by maintaining eye contact, nodding, and asking follow-up questions.

2. Conversation starters: Being able to initiate conversations and engage others by asking open-ended questions or making positive comments about shared interests or current events.

3. Small talk: Being able to engage in light and casual conversations about general topics such as weather, hobbies, or popular culture.

4. Empathy: Showing understanding and compassion towards others by acknowledging their feelings and perspectives.

5. Non-verbal communication: Being aware of and effectively using body language, facial expressions, and gestures to convey interest, openness, and respect.

6. Conflict resolution: Being able to resolve conflicts or disagreements in a calm and respectful manner by listening to different viewpoints, finding common ground, and seeking compromise.
